Your website said I would get a discount if I signed up for your emails. Is there a code I’m supposed to use?

You should have received an email from Best Price Tanning with a 1-time use promo code. Since this is your first email you’ve received from us, you may want to check your Junk or Spam folder. Once you find it, please add us to your safe list of senders and click on the “Report Not Spam” button (or something similar) so email clients such as Gmail learn that you requested to receive messages from us.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Promo codes may have limitations based on: specific date ranges, available for single use only, specific to brands or SKUs, or minimum purchase or maximum total amount. What is a promo code and how do I get one?

Promo codes work the same way as online coupons. As a subscriber to Best Price Tanning communications, you will regularly receive emails with discounts and promotional specials. Why am I being charged sales tax?

Sales tax is charged in every U.S. state except those that do not have a sales tax: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.

Free Shipping Disclosure

Free shipping is offered within the United States with limitations to the states of Alaska & Hawaii which lies outside the contiguous United States.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once the order has completed processing and fulfillment which details your order and shipment date.

How can I track my order?
We provide tracking information in your shipment confirmation email that is sent out once your item has been shipped. If you did not receive or accidentally deleted your shipment confirmation email, please contact us

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?

In most cases we ship out your order same day, or next business day depending on the time your order was placed. Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method; however, in most cases your non bulk shipment should arrive within 3-4 business days.

Why can’t I place an international order?

So sorry, but we do not ship internationally at this time.

How do I start a return?

I used PayPal to make my purchase, and have since returned an item, why haven’t I been refunded?

All refunds are issued within 2 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. If you haven’t received your refund back from PayPal it may be because you used a credit card to make your payment. PayPal states on its site that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
